FRP Enterprises was established by Francine Perkins in the spring of 2006.  The nature of this business is public relations in highway construction.  The company is usually hired by general contractors as an independent contractor to act as a liason between the public and the contractor.  Taking in information and releasing information to the public is the general purpose of this position.
